New to the scene

Offline schmarx

Hello all, as the title says I am new to the scene. My wife and I took the plunge and went for a restored early bay. Looked great on the surface but we have had it a month now and issues are starting to appear so I wanted to check popular opinion before I go back to the people that did the restoration. Its a Dormobile version and when the roof is closed it looks as though it sweats between the underside of the roof of the elevating dormobile and the top of the roof of the van. Where this is happening i'm guessing condensation gathers and i am already getting pin pricks of rust coming through! Also where the exterior mirrors were fitted the paint was cracked and rust is already starting to appear. This was supposedly a stripped, shot blasted, primed and welded bus prior to getting painted. Also the seals are loosening around the doors - are they supposed to be glued in? Whats the opinion on what i am finding after a month. Any replies and advice gratefully received.

Many thanks
